ALARAIN RIVER

     This small river flows from the town of Ashton westward through the Yip-Nar Jag and empties into Lake Sarum.  It is narrow and shallow, and dries up during the dry season each year.  It is named for the liberator and original lord of Free Ashton, Alarain Oakmore.
