Sir Anslem said, "Let's go clear out

Those undead from this town."

And he gathered those to aid in this

All eager, no trace of frown.

They banded together swords and men

Companioned by a female bard

They set out one night to clear the land

Well prepared and set on guard.

They met the first undead kin

And changed, I tell no lies.

Where once had stood this band of men

Were beings with glowing eyes.

Sir Anselm said, "Fear us not.

We only harm undead.

Let's kill the evil spectors.

Destroy them, remove the head."

"The Purge has begun!" he cried.

With that he led the charge,

Into a long and twisty cave

That was not so very large.

They found a crystal golem

And fought it bravely.

It was a nasty creature

But was destroyed eventually.

The last they fought was acid beast

From a pool of its name.

It tried to hurt us all but failed

And left none even lame.

Six spectors, golem and acid beast

Faced this band to die

She saw it all and sang to them

I am she and that's no lie.
