We have created a PayPal account so that customers can pay us online instead of sending payment via snail-mail. This free service was recommended to us and is easy to use. To set up your own PayPal account, visit PayPal.com and stop worrying about postage. Our account is under the name Wheeling Association of Roleplaying, and our e-mail is war@warweb.org.

We are pleased to announce the institution of Block Registration! Block Registration will allow players to pre-register for up to four NERO Ohio/West Virginia events at a time! This will help us all in several ways, including allowing players to pay for these events at their current NPC ratio, allowing us to get a better jump on pre-registration, and allowing players to pay all at once without needing to worry about the monthly and sometimes weekly hassle of paying for upcoming events! When pre-registering for a block of events, please make sure that you clearly state in writing the dates of the events that you wish to pre-register for, and send this information along with your full payment.
Follow this link to officially submit and get your character history approved by the WAR Plot Team. There is also information about what your history should consist of, as well as a form to help you in creating a solid character history. Within ten business days of turning in your background, you will receive a reply that tells you whether it has been accepted or declined. If it is declined, you will be specifically told what changes need to be made in order to make your history acceptable. WAR Plot will only recognize character histories that have been officially accepted and logged. Much thanks goes out to Plot Team members Heather Sauers and Derek Saluga for their efforts in working with Character Histories.
This site is maintained by computer wizards Scott DeJane and Jay Rhoades, and they have created forums for each of the in-game towns, a marketplace for the sale of goods, as well as an out-of-game message board. Please know that MEMBERS OF WAR STAFF WILL NOT FREQUENT THESE BOARDS WITH ANY CERTAIN REGULARITY, AND THAT QUESTIONS, DIFFICULTIES, AND VALID COMPLAINTS WILL ONLY BE MET WITH GUARANTEED ATTENTION BY E-MAILING US AT THE WHEELING OFFICE. In addition, Scott or Jay are the men to speak with concerning questions or comments on the format and/or content of the boards. Use the boards as often as you like, be nice to each other, and most of all have fun.
Fill out the NERO International Event Survey for each event that you attend to help us know how to improve our game!
